Time to work with your grief without the pressure of trying to find the words that just aren’t there.
I started Vilomah Solace following my quest to try to rebuild my life following the sudden death of my 15 year old son, Thomas.
His death changed everything for me and that journey back, from the darkest place I can ever imagine, has brought me skills that I am ready now to share with others.
My mission is to help other Vilomah find their light in the darkness of grief. I know that in this grief you need to become physically and emotionally active, rather than shut down or running away from it all.
The grief support boxes, 1 to 1 coaching and other services I offer have been created from a combination of my lived experience and knowledge gained as part of my following qualifications :-
Grief Educator - Certified by David Kessler
One of Many Women - Women's Life Coach
